About Me
I have recently graduated University with a Masters of science in Applied Behiour Analysis with Merit and I have started a new role within a Charity funded nursery setting as SENCo Lead. I am also studying to be an Early Years Teacher.
Previously I worked as an Autism Classroom Manager in a special needs school for 7 years prior to this promotion I work as an LSA and then a HLTA in the same school for 8 years. working with children aged 4 - 19 years.
My Experience
I have worked with children who have had a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, Global Developmental delay, Chromosome deletion and with children who have different medical needs - some medical needs being life threatening. I have also worked with children who display behaviours that are deemed challenging such as biting, hitting, kicking etc.
