About Me
I’m a cheerful and creative person with a passion for working with children. I studied Fine Art and Art History at the University of Leeds and later spent a year in France working in a textile factory, gaining experience in both business and design.
I have over 6 years experience working with children aged 0–11 across nurseries, pre-schools, and primary schools, alongside many years of babysitting and nannying. I’ve also supported children with complex needs and previously ran a weekly art club for groups of 10–20 children. I currently teach a part time art and nature club for KS1 and KS2 students.
I am now a qualified Art and DT teacher and currently work full-time in a school, I have 2 years experience working with ks3-ks5. I love bringing creativity into children’s lives, encouraging confidence, and making learning fun.
I’m based in London and currently available for babysitting only.

My Experience
I have been a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant in a Resource Base within a primary school located in South Bristol. Our resource base provision is best suited for children who can engage in some mainstream learning while receiving specialist teaching. The children from our specialist resource base are considered integral members of the school community, and their education is tailored to each child, considering their unique needs and interests. I thoroughly enjoyed my role, and there was never a dull moment.
During my time as a level 3 TA, my duties involved working with the reception class, focusing on our SEND children. As well as working in KS2 classes for 1:1 support. I mainly worked in the resource base ages from 4-11. I have received training in a variety of areas, including Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, ADHD Awareness, Team Teach, ACEs, Makaton, Good Autism Practice, Attention Autism, Fire Safety, and First Aid. I have accumulated two years of experience working with a child with Tourette's and another child with Pathological Demand Avoidance.
With my extensive experience working with SEND children, I remain open to all positions and opportunities.
I have recently started my role as an Art and DT teacher at a local secondary school in Bickley after working in Crystal Palace for a family with a 1 year old and 5 year old (i still work with this family weekly). I have continued working adhoc with families around Crystal Palace/beckenham with school pick ups and babysitting. I live in New Cross.
