My Experience

I have a strong background working with children of all ages through a variety of roles. I spent two years as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils in both lower and upper primary classes, helping with everything from learning activities and literacy support to building confidence and social skills. I’ve also worked as a Swim Teaching Assistant, where I supported young children in the water, helped them develop water confidence, and ensured a safe, positive environment during lessons. Alongside this, I have hands-on experience babysitting, giving me a solid understanding of routines, bedtime, meal prep, and keeping little ones happy and entertained. Altogether, these roles have given me a calm, confident approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for helping children learn and grow.

My Qualifications

I have a strong academic background that supports my work with children. I’ve achieved GCSEs in Maths, English, History, French, Child Development, RE, and Science, followed by A Levels in History, Health & Social Care, and Religious Education. I’m currently in my final year of university studying Primary Education, where I’ve gained valuable knowledge about child development, learning needs, and effective support strategies. I also have a confirmed place to begin my teacher training next September, which reflects my long-term commitment to working with and supporting children.
