Hi I’m Anya! I am 22 years old and a very social, easygoing and hardworking person who loves working with children.
I am creative, nurturing and passionate about young people.
I have recently been working as a volunteer classroom assistant, alongside my job at an art gallery, so I have lots of experience with Primary School aged children.
I’m super creative and hands on, ready to get stuck into active and imaginative play. I’m good at coming up with activities and keeping kids off the screens!
I’d be more than happy to help your child with reading and homework as well as helping around the house. I’m a confident cook with experience in cooking for children.
Additionally I’m really passionate about working with SEN children. I have younger cousins with ASD and have lots of experience working one to one with children in a classroom setting. Of course every child’s needs are totally different and so I would love the opportunity to understand yours.

My Experience
Childcare Experience:
-Volunteer Teaching Assistant at Aylesford Primary School. DBS Checked.
Assisting every year group from Reception up. Including one to one work with SEN children, specifically ASD.
- Regular babysitting for a family with 3 children aged four, seven and ten. meal preparation as well as bath & bedtime routines
- Nanny for a 3 year old girl, from the hours of 8:30 until 16:30 in the Summer Holidays
We would go on walks, do lots of arts and crafts, reading, imaginative play and running around the park!
I prepared simple lunches and snacks in the hours I was with her but I am more than confident in cooking proper meals. I also fed the cat and took the dog for walks.
- Children Theatre Workshop Assistant with groups of children ages 4-7 and 8-11.
- I currently work at the Ikon Gallery in Birmingham where I assist with Family workshops as well as giving guided tours to Primary and Secondary school groups including specialist SEN schools.
