About Me
Hello. I am Rosie, 31, single and live in the centre of Shrewsbury. I am a teacher and have a First Class degree in Working with Children, Young People and Families. I am looking for a few hours work a week to fill up my piggy bank.
My Experience
I have worked as a carer in residential homes for children in care, with many of these children displaying challenging behaviour due to adverse childhood experiences. I am now currently a teacher. I teach multiple GCSE subjects to secondary school students within a private school. I am the Lead Mental Health practitioner here as well as the Safeguarding Lead.
My Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
First Class Bachelors Degree with Honours in Working with Children, Young People and Families
I am up to date with First Aid Training, Food safety, Fire Safety and have a DBS.
My Availability
I work school hours, but can adjust this slightly to meet the needs of a family e.g., 8:45 - 4:45 or 7:15 - 3:15. My home is Shrewsbury and my work is Newport, Telford so early morning support and school drop off/pick up could be doable if along this route. I am also available evenings and weekends.
