About Me
My name is Deborah and I have recently relocated from the edge of the Peak District to Driffield to be closer to family.
I have a wealth of childcare experience from new born up to teenage years, and provide high quality childcare in a safe, calming environment. Following the Early Years Foundation Stage I plan and provide a wide range of activities suited to each individual child.
I have a separate playroom in my home and a large enclosed garden.
I am passionate about outdoor learning and most of my activities are seasonal, nature based, sparking interest in children's curiosity.
My Experience
I have 30 years experience working within early years. I have worked in Greece as a nanny and in an international Greek school. I have worked in schools, nursery schools and council run day nurseries as well as a private day nursery.
I had my own successful childcare setting (employing 2 staff members) for over 10 years which was graded OUTSTANDING in all areas by Ofsted. I have recently located to Driffield and registered to become a childminder.
My Qualifications
NNEB (Level 3), Paediatric First Aid (Level 3), Safeguarding Children (Level 3), Food Safety and Hygiene, Yoga Teacher Training, Speech and Language development.
My Availability
I have availability from Monday to Thursday between 7.30am - 5.30pm.
Places available for children from 3 months to 5 years.
