About Me
My husband and I are university professors from Greece and Barcelona. We have been in the UK for over 4 years, after living for nearly 10 years in the USA. Domna and Zoe, our daughters, are the biggest joys in our lives! We love food (both eating out and cooking at home), going to the beach, and spending as much time as possible with our Mediterranean families.
My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny (Ofsted registered preferred) for our 7-months old daughter, Zoe, starting in September 2026.

Alex is a wonderful nanny. She has been with our daughter for the past nine months, since our daughter was 1.5. She is creative, setting up many games. Yesterday, our daughter was the Stuffed Animal Veterinarian; the day before she was a Travel Agent and Suitcase Specialist. There's plenty of water play, play-dough, going to the park, library, playground. Our daughter is always excited to be with her, and is always engaged and happy.
Alex is caring, offering emotional support and stability; but also a good educator. She manages our daughter's schedule (feeding, sleeping, playing, potty) while fostering her independence with initiatives teaching her to get dressed and use the potty. We are impressed with how much English our (trilingual) daughter now speaks, due to her interaction with Alex.
We're very sad to give Alex up, as we're moving. We haven't broken it to our daughter yet.
