About Me

Hi, I'm Bri! I'm 23 years old and currently studying Psychology with Counselling at the Open University while working as a Nanny. I've had the wonderful opportunity to work in a nursery setting, caring for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers through an agency. I also spent a year independently at Kindergarten Bellingham, which was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! It allowed me to witness a wide range of personalities, navigate new challenges, and grow in a warm, welcoming environment. My goal is to continue gaining childcare experience and transition into full-time nannying.

A little about me:
I'm passionate about art, fashion, reading, and film, and I believe creativity is essential in helping children learn in a fun and engaging way. As a psychology student, I also deeply care about mental health and well-being, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. While I’m not a professional (yet!), I want to create a safe and supportive space where both parents and children feel comfortable discussing any concerns. I'm always open to conversations and happy to listen!

In the future, I aspire to open my own practice as a clinical psychologist, supporting children through any challenges they face while fostering a nurturing environment for both them and their families.

I love working with children and watching their growth, creativity, and unique perspectives on the world. Currently, I babysit a 6-year-old boy every Monday, whom I first met during my time at Kindergarten Bellingham when he was only 3. Seeing his progress has reinforced my passion for nannying, and I look forward to building strong, meaningful relationships with families who need my help.
