About Me
I am a fully DBS checked responsible, friendly and nurturing babysitter in the Liverpool area with a variety of experience in childcare. I am a 25 year old trainee primary school teacher with several years of teaching assistant experience, and I have completed Level 2 courses in Counselling and Children & Young People’s Mental Health.
My Experience
I have significant experience as a Teaching Assistant in various SEND/SEMH primary and secondary schools as well as a mainstream preschool, and have gained skills in a variety of areas including Autism and ADHD support, emotional and mental health support, behaviour management, sensory play, speech and language therapy, art making, and help with school work.
My Qualifications
I am currently doing a Prinary PGCE, and I have successfully completed training in several areas including Safeguarding Children Level 1, Babysitting, Improving Children’s Learning Through Play, Behaviour Management, and Speech and Language support. I have also completed two Level 2 courses in Counselling and Children & Young People’s Mental Health.
I also have an extensive art background having completed a Foundation Diploma and a Bachelor’s Degree. I have a passion for engaging children and young people through art, and I have really enjoyed doing arts and crafts with the children I’ve worked with.
