Exceptional Nanny – Kind, Reliable & Trustworthy

It has been a privilege to have Olena as part of our family over the past 18 months, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

From the very beginning, Olena has been an incredibly reliable, trustworthy and caring nanny. She has always been punctual, dependable and professional, with minimal absences, giving us complete confidence that we could rely on her. As working parents, that reliability has been invaluable.
The relationship she has built with our daughters has been wonderful. They absolutely adore her and trust her completely, and she has always treated them with genuine warmth, kindness and patience. She has a very calm and gentle nature, creating a peaceful environment where the children have always felt safe, secure and happy.

Olena has been incredibly understanding and flexible whenever our family's needs have changed. She communicates well, uses her initiative, and has always shown respect for our parenting choices and family values. Having someone you can trust with your children is priceless, and we have always felt comfortable leaving them in her care.

Over the past year and a half, Olena has become much more than just our nanny—she has been a valued part of our family's journey. The support she has given us has been invaluable, and we are truly grateful for the care, love and commitment she has shown our girls.

The only reason our regular arrangement is coming to an end is because our family circumstances are changing, with our childcare needs changing from September. This decision is in no way a reflection of Olena or the quality of her work.

I would recommend Olena without hesitation to any family looking for a kind, reliable, trustworthy and nurturing nanny. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her caring for their children.
