I have 2 years of experience in childcare:
* 1 year as an Ofsted-registered childminder, providing a safe, caring, and structured home environment for children, supporting their daily routines, development, and early learning. During this time, I also provided school pick-ups and after-school care, ensuring children were safely collected and looked after until parents returned.
* 1 year working as a nanny for two children aged 3 and 6, supporting their daily care, routines, and development. My responsibilities included engaging them in age-appropriate educational activities, as well as assisting with home learning, helping the older child with early school tasks and encouraging learning through play for the younger one.
This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt to different family needs and provide consistent, reliable, and nurturing childcare support.

My Availability
Experienced nanny with DBS and Pediatric First Aid certification. Available Monday–Friday and flexible by arrangement. I provide safe, reliable, and engaging childcare in your home, including school runs, homework support, play activities, meal preparation, and bedtime routines.
Parents deserve a break too! Whether you need regular childcare, help during busy days, a date night, a special event, wedding, birthday celebration, or simply a few hours to relax and recharge, I am happy to help. I provide a safe and caring environment for your child, giving you complete peace of mind while you enjoy some well-earned time for yourselves.
Occasional evening babysitting, school holiday cover, special occasion childcare, and emergency childcare may be available. Updates and photos can be provided during childcare if requested.
Weekend availability may also be possible by prior arrangement.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £19.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
Rates
My hourly rate starts from £18.50 per hour, depending on the number of children, duties, and location.
Overnight care is available at an agreed flat rate, which can be discussed based on your specific requirements.
I am happy to discuss a tailored package to suit your family’s needs.

It has been a privilege to have Olena as part of our family over the past 18 months, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
From the very beginning, Olena has been an incredibly reliable, trustworthy and caring nanny. She has always been punctual, dependable and professional, with minimal absences, giving us complete confidence that we could rely on her. As working parents, that reliability has been invaluable.
The relationship she has built with our daughters has been wonderful. They absolutely adore her and trust her completely, and she has always treated them with genuine warmth, kindness and patience. She has a very calm and gentle nature, creating a peaceful environment where the children have always felt safe, secure and happy.
Olena has been incredibly understanding and flexible whenever our family's needs have changed. She communicates well, uses her initiative, and has always shown respect for our parenting choices and family values. Having someone you can trust with your children is priceless, and we have always felt comfortable leaving them in her care.
Over the past year and a half, Olena has become much more than just our nanny—she has been a valued part of our family's journey. The support she has given us has been invaluable, and we are truly grateful for the care, love and commitment she has shown our girls.
The only reason our regular arrangement is coming to an end is because our family circumstances are changing, with our childcare needs changing from September. This decision is in no way a reflection of Olena or the quality of her work.
I would recommend Olena without hesitation to any family looking for a kind, reliable, trustworthy and nurturing nanny. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her caring for their children.

It has truly been a privilege to be part of your family’s journey over the past 18 months. Looking after your girls has been such a joy.
