About Me
Hey all, Daud Sakandar here director of Utopian Kingdom Limited. We provide professional cleaning services for domestic and commercial sites.
We are looking to branch out further and get into other areas, so I thought it was best to put my foot forwards. I have numerous qualifications and our staff are kind, caring and very attentive. We have worked with elderly people and kids before due to our children's work.
Any house cleaning reaches out to us, we pretty much cover everything.
Pet sitting/dog walking -, have looked after cats before and, due to the nature of our job, we come across quite a lot of animals, so we are used to them.
School drop/pick-ups - Can offer pick and drop-offs to school and home if needed and light babysitting, which is preferable for school children and older people. But feel free to give a shout, as if it suits our schedule. We can look after younger kids.
Babysitting - Again for school kids would be better for us, like above, though give me a message, and we will see what we can offer :)
House sitting - If you are away on holiday or want someone to do a check-up on your home, if an alarm goes off etc., you can contact us and we can go take a look. We do offer this service when free and if a client has a contract with us, and we have a key holder policy.
My Experience
Household experience with over 2 years now since we started the company.
Working with animals for around 5+ years.
House sitting - Previously done security, so I understand the importance of making sure the premise is secure.
School drop-offs and babysitting - Done a fair bit of pick-ups and drop-offs for kids, mainly family and done babysitting again for family.

My Availability
This will depend on our jobs, but we can try and work around it to make it more suitable to be free for our clients. So, it will depend on what you need and for how long. Our schedule will change from week to week, but if we agree on a set date, then that slot will be taken by you.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Household Help from £18.00 per hour
Fees go towards cleaning supplies, travel, holiday pay, sick pay and staff labor hours.
Transport costs. For any babysitting and cleaning there will be an additional rate for this. It will depend on each client.
