Coming out of university, looking for work with little ones!
I am a neurodivergent twenty year old, leaning socialist in politics. I am keen on language learning, creative outlets of all kinds, and caring for others - whatever else matters? Your child's happiness comes first always. I encourage questioning, and allowing the child to make mistakes sometimes. Discouraging screen-use, focusing on emotional connections and relationships of trust, and empathy.
Looking to work with like-minded families, locally in Edinburgh. Can do further, under certain circumstances, just ask!
My Experience
* Employed at a Nursery for 8 months, as a supply worker full-time and part-time.
* Babysat children, from ages 2-11 years old.
* Tutoring of basic Math and English skills.
My Qualifications
Some are former, from 2023-2024. If necessary, can be renewed.
* PVG/DBS Check.
* Child First-Aid Training qualified.
* Applied knowledge with nursery, ages of 1 (and a half) to 5 years old.
My Availability
Currently it is unclear, as my availability over the summer will be sparse due to family moves, obligatory in-law visits, and being available for my friends. However, as of May, I am freelance working from home. Shoot me a message, or email me.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
Regular Scheduled Babysitting (p/h)| £13.50.
Emergency* Babysitting (p/h) | £14.50.
Bank transfers preferable, or cash-in hand before or after sitting.
*If scheduled day before, or day of.
