At CAP Tutors, we are passionate about helping children and young people aged 5–16 reach their full potential through high-quality education, personalised tuition, and exceptional childcare. Our mission is to inspire confidence, nurture a love for learning, and equip every child with the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally.
We provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. Our team of qualified teachers, experienced tutors, and dedicated childcare practitioners work closely with each child, tailoring their support to suit individual learning styles, abilities, and goals.
Our Services
After School Club
Our After School Club provides a welcoming and stimulating environment where children can complete homework, take part in educational and creative activities, build friendships, and enjoy high-quality care.
Opening Hours:
Monday – Friday | 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Personalised Tuition
We offer one-to-one, small group, and online tuition for children and young people aged 5–16. Lessons are tailored to each child's individual learning needs, helping them build confidence, improve academic performance, and enjoy learning.

We provide individualised support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our experienced practitioners create inclusive learning experiences that recognise every child's strengths, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Holiday Club
Our Holiday Club offers flexible childcare throughout the school holidays, providing children with a fun, safe, and enriching environment filled with educational, creative, and recreational activities.
Session Times
Morning Session: 6:30 am – 1:00 pm
Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Full Day: 6:30 am – 9:00 pm

- Out of School Clubs from £30.00 per afternoon
- Out of School Clubs from £35.00 per day
Tuition from £30 (Math's, English, 11Plus, GCSE, Science Subjects, Creative Writing)
Childcare - £15 - £20 hourly rate
