My Experience
My passion for working with children began through providing babysitting services for local families, where I developed valuable experience caring for children of various ages and supporting their individual needs.
Over the past 3–4 years, I have worked as a Nursery Practitioner, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in caring for and supporting children’s learning and development throughout the Early Years Foundation Stage. This role has strengthened my understanding of child development, play-based learning, safeguarding, and creating nurturing environments where children can thrive.
Alongside my professional experience, I have been actively involved in the Early Years and Youth Ministry at my home church, leading Sunday School groups for children aged 3–7 and 7–11 years. This has allowed me to develop strong leadership skills while planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage confidence, creativity, and positive relationships.
While my nursery experience has focused on children from birth to five years, I have provided trusted babysitting and private childcare for families with children aged 6 months to 15 years, giving me confidence and experience in supporting a wide range of developmental stages.
As a teaching assistant at a Saturday Polish school, I facilitated student learning by supporting instructional activities, offering targeted language assistance, and guiding small group and individual sessions. I coordinated cultural enrichment activities, streamlined classroom management, and collaborated closely with lead teachers to monitor student progress.
Today, I am proud to be the founder of Little Impact Seeds, where I provide professional, adventure-led nannying services tailored to each family’s individual needs. I travel to your home to deliver high-quality, personalised childcare in a familiar and comfortable environment, creating enriching experiences that help children learn, grow, and flourish.

Services are available on a full-time, part-time, temporary, ad hoc, and emergency basis, alongside evening and overnight care, mother’s help, and household support.
