Amazing Childminder Who Goes Above and Beyond

We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful caregiver for our son. She looked after him from the age of 18 months until he turned 3, and throughout that time she provided a truly warm, nurturing, and supportive environment.
From the very beginning, it was clear how much she genuinely cares about the children in her care. She creates a real “home from home” atmosphere where children feel safe, happy, and valued. Our son absolutely loved going each day, which gave us great peace of mind as parents.
She is not only supportive to the children, but also to parents—always approachable, understanding, and happy to share updates and advice. Communication has always been excellent.
The variety of activities she provides is fantastic. From creative play to outdoor adventures and learning opportunities, every day is engaging and exciting. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into making each child’s experience both fun and developmental.
She was also absolutely amazing in supporting us through the potty training stage. She guided both our son and us as parents with patience, encouragement, and consistency, making what can often be a challenging milestone feel much more manageable and positive. Her experience and calm approach made a huge difference, and we are so grateful for her support during that time.
We have seen our son grow in confidence, social skills, and independence during his time with her, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
We will miss Raquel so very much.
