I am a caring, friendly person and grew up in a church surrounded by families and children of all ages, always happy to help out when needed. I enjoy working with children and am passionate about engaging with them: reading to them, playing games and being creative with them.
My Experience
I have been babysitting for 6 years and in the last 3 years or so I have worked full days for families. I have looked after children from ages 1-12 and my jobs have included general housekeping alongside childcare. During my gap year I worked in a private school and boarding house as a full-time teaching assistant with responsibility including care of children during weekends and pastoral support. Various duties during the week included break and lunchtime duties, support in classrooms and an after-school language club. I have also volunteered at summer camps with children from ages 8-12 and both my school experience and camp experience were DBS checked.
My Qualifications
Currently studying languages at the University of Sheffield. Happy to complete any specific training that is felt to be required by any potential employers.
My Availability
My availability starts from 17th June until early August. If you would like me to be available on the weekends or overnight, availability and fees are negotiable.
