About Me
Hello, my name is Alexia, and I am an experienced and passionate babysitter with a strong background in childcare. I hold a Childcare Diploma, have a fully enhanced DBS check, and I am registered on the annual update service. I also have positive references from both childcare employers and parents I have worked with. I have gained hands-on experience working in a local primary school, preschool, and nursery, all of which gave me glowing feedback on my work with children. Alongside my professional experience, I am also the eldest of six siblings (aged 3–14, some with SEN), so childcare has always been a big part of my life. I am currently on the waiting list to complete my Level 3 qualification, a SEN course, and a First Aid & Safety course, but I already have a wide range of training and knowledge in supporting children of different ages and needs. If schools are local I am happy to collect or drop off, I am undergoing driving lessons so unfortunately cannot drive around just yet but I am very knowledgeable with transport as well as walking everywhere.
