My Experience
As an agency member of staff in schools and nurseries, I worked across eighteen different settings across the county. I have worked for seven different families as a babysitter (the youngest was just a week old and the oldest, eleven years). I have experience with very little babies and also those with additional needs. Working with children is truly my vocation. I am happy to provide my CV and references on request.
My Qualifications
BA (Hons.) Biblical Studies and Theology; Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care; currently working towards a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Distressed Behaviour in Children.
My Availability
I live in central Lincoln and am a non-driver, but happy to get the bus/Uber. Generally free on an adhoc basis evenings and weekends. My availability changes quite regularly, so please message for more precise information or specific dates.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
At least £13 an hour (may negotiate a little more/flat rate for extended/long overnight periods). Please note that I have to factor in the cost of my travel, as a non-driver (unless of course you are willing to pay travel expenses).

We are a neurodivergent family, I have 4 children with high needs including a 1 year old with poor mobility. Upon meeting Rachel for the first time, I knew she would be a great fit for our family. She has extensive knowledge and experience of neurodivergence, she’s non-judgemental, understanding, genuinely cares about the children and families she works for and it shows in how much my kids and myself adore her! She is an absolute godsend for me as my only respite and I would highly recommend her. I know my children are safe, well cared for and have had a good time in my absence and I couldn’t thank her enough 😊

Rachel was brilliant giving us important updates throughout, despite the challenging behaviour from our son, she handled the situation really well, showed professionalism ; i would definitely recommend.

Rachel was punctual, attentive to our little one, and very conscientious with messages and replies, keeping us well informed throughout. She was trustworthy, reliable, and caring, and we would happily recommend her to other families.
