About Me
My name is Steph. I’m neurodivergent with 4 special needs children aged 11,8,7 and 1 year old. Unfortunately I don’t have much of a support network, looking for someone who fits our family with an understanding of special needs who is able to take care of all 4 children on weekends/half term and odd evenings. Will happily explain needs and requirements moving forward. We have pets as well so must be ok with dogs and reptiles.
My Requirements
Special needs training is a must as well as valid enhanced dbs check. Only looking for 3-4 school days. My 11 month is most definitely autistic (undiagnosed due to age) and globally developmentally delayed so requires a little more care than most children his age. I can drop off and pick up as well as provide all necessities required. My older 3 are mostly well behaved and structured though they do struggle with toileting and emotions.

We are a neurodivergent family, I have 4 children with high needs including a 1 year old with poor mobility. Upon meeting Rachel for the first time, I knew she would be a great fit for our family. She has extensive knowledge and experience of neurodivergence, she’s non-judgemental, understanding, genuinely cares about the children and families she works for and it shows in how much my kids and myself adore her! She is an absolute godsend for me as my only respite and I would highly recommend her. I know my children are safe, well cared for and have had a good time in my absence and I couldn’t thank her enough 😊
