My Experience

I have several years of childcare experience across a range of settings, caring for children from as young as 2 months up to 16 years old.

Most recently, I worked for a year as an after-school nanny for two children aged 10 and 13. I was responsible for school pick-ups, taking them to extracurricular activities, preparing healthy meals (including managing multiple food allergies), helping with homework, and supporting their daily routines. I also planned activities during half-terms and provided a consistent, dependable presence in their lives. As they are now both in secondary school and increasingly independent, the family no longer requires regular help, and I am now looking for a new part-time position alongside my university studies.

Alongside nannying, I have provided French and ESL tutoring for children aged 7–12. I support reading, writing and spoken confidence, and really enjoy helping children feel more comfortable and capable with languages. Being bilingual allows me to switch naturally between English and French, which has been particularly helpful for families wanting language exposure at home.

I have also worked as a ski/travel nanny in the French Alps, caring for children aged 2 months to 12 years in a busy holiday environment. This role included full infant care (feeding, bathing, naps and nappy changes), organising creative and outdoor activities, and working closely with parents to maintain routines while away from home.

Previously, I worked as an au pair for three children, where I supported daily routines, cooked meals, carried out light household tasks, and provided tutoring in English, French and Maths.

In addition, I have worked in international residential summer schools and activity-based roles, supervising children and teenagers, organising activities, and ensuring high standards of safety and safeguarding at all times.

Across all my roles, I prioritise creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment where children feel supported, engaged and encouraged to grow in confidence.

My Qualifications

I hold a valid Level 3 (12 hours) Paediatric First Aid training from the London School of Childcare Studies.

My Availability

I am available in the Coventry and Leamington Spa areas from September 2026 onwards.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

Standard daytime nanny rate: £15/hr
Evening babysitting: £13/hr
Travel / holidays / tutoring sessions: negotiable
