Hi, I'm Emily! I'm a responsible, caring, and enthusiastic person who enjoys helping families in whatever way I can. Alongside providing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children, I'm also happy to help with household tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal preparation, washing up, and keeping the home organised. My aim is to make life a little easier for parents while ensuring children feel happy, supported, and well cared for.
I currently work full-time during the week until 5:30 pm, so I'm available from 6:00 pm onwards on weekdays, as well as being available on weekends. I'm looking for some extra work because I enjoy keeping busy and am currently saving towards my future. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and approachable, and I always strive to create a positive and welcoming environment for both children and their families.

My Experience
During my time volunteering at a preschool, I gained valuable experience working with young children and supporting their development. I assisted teachers with various activities, including arts and crafts, storytime, and outdoor play. This hands-on experience allowed me to understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for kids. I enjoyed engaging with the children, helping them learn new skills, and fostering their curiosity. Volunteering at the preschool reinforced my passion for working with children and prepared me for a role in child minding, where I can continue to provide care and support in a similar way. I also have experience working as a children’s party host at a trampoline park. This helped develop my strong communication skills, helping me connect with the children to understand their needs. Furthermore taking care of my younger sisters has been a great way for me to learn and grow in childcare.
My Qualifications
I’ve studied GCSE’s including Maths, English, and Health and Social care.
I have also studied ALevels , including Psychology, Biology and Business.
I have an upto date DBS check, and Full Uk drivers license.
