Hi! I’m Ellie, Im 19 years old (nearly 20) and I’m passionate about working with children. I have a full UK driving license and own my own car so will be happy to communite. With years of experience, I’ve developed a strong ability to care for and engage with kids of all ages. Whether I’m looking after infants or older children, I always ensure they feel safe, entertained, and well cared for.
I have hands-on experience working with children as young as 4 months and up to 12 years old. I previously worked at a nursery in Little Hadham, caring for 1-2-year-olds, and have spent several years babysitting for families, building strong, trusting relationships along the way.
In addition to my experience, I’m fully trained in paediatric first aid, Level 2 in food hygiene, allergens, and manual handling. I also studied Child Development at school and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, which has given me a deeper understanding on how to care for individuals.
I’m now looking to turn my passion into a full-time career and am seeking a permanent nanny position or multiple babysitting/nannying opportunities. I’m committed to providing the best care possible, with a fun, loving, and professional approach to ensure every child feels valued and supported.
I am also up for doing day jobs or tasks to help out the family.
My Experience
• Have been working at a nursery for 7 months.
• babysitting since the age of 16, with children aged newborn +
• I have experience with SEN children ( two of them being my younger cousins that i babysit)
• Attended work experience at Great Ormand Street, playing with children to boost their fine and gross motor skills.
• I took GCSE child development which allowed me to gain an excellent understanding of how to look after children in a safe way, making sure that measures are in place at all times.
I also gained a high understanding of how to cook nutritional but tasty home cooked meals, great for any nannying opportunities that involve meal times!
