Amber provided childcare for us for a few months and we’ve also booked her for babysitting. She has been amazing- warm, friendly and professional. Our children loved her and she was just brilliant with them. Highly recommend.
Overall
Holley agreed to take on a long term childcare role with us. We had met, taken up references and agreed the role and start date. She cancelled last minute on her first day, giving us 30 minutes notice. This left us with no ‘before school’ and ‘after school’ cover that day and no cover for school drop off and pick up. This was incredibly difficult and we are still trying to make alternative plans for childcare going forward. Very unreliable.
