Our Mary Poppins of Sleep

Liz is quite simply the most incredible sleep baby whisperer! Liz first cared for our baby girl from 8 weeks old in August 2024 - she helped us with a routine and night nannied our baby girl 3 nights a week for 6 weeks - she left us with a baby girl that slept 7-7. It is quite difficult to put into words what an impact this has on your life as a mum, but to have someone caring, empathetic, knowledgable - always checking in on WhatsApp and offering advice on feeding, allergies, flat head - who helps you get your sanity back and life when you sleep, it’s an entirely different experience. My daughter thrived, was crawling, walking, talking well ahead of her friends - I put this down to growth and proper sleep, proper digestion. When she was born early and in NICU to achieve what Liz did - she really did change our life. I fell unexpectedly pregnant again, and at the start I thought we had it in the bag - we could follow the same routine as our first and have a sleeping baby boy. Wrong. My second was up all through the night, 10, 11, 1, 2 - from 3 I had to hold him in bed and try to stay awake - torture. I was at the end of my tether, exhausted, hormones all over the place - I messaged Liz. She started with us almost immediately and put her trusted routine in place. After 3 nights we had a nine week old that was sleeping with only one wake - sorcery! Two weeks later he stopped waking and we were down to one feed - with 2 under 2 we were sleeping! The routine continued and at 13 weeks he slept through the whole night with no feeds. Our baby boy is now 15 weeks old and sleeps 6:30-7am every night. Liz - you have changed our life. I am now the mum I dreamed of being, no snappiness - patience happy rested. We have an evening. Our marriage is stronger than ever. Liz is not just a night nanny or sleep trainer - she is the answer to your prayers. I would not trust anyone else with my children (not even family!) overnight. Liz is the exception. I am genuinely upset that Liz is no longer with us as we all miss her - but the children sleep so well that we no longer need our Mary Poppins! Liz will be our go to for baby sitting - I just hope you haven’t booked her first!
