My name is Emily Forrest, I am 22 years old and from a small village in the Highlands and have recently graduated at Robert Gordon university studying Graphic Design. For the past 4 years, I have spent my summers working in a private nursery. I am a nurturing and caring individual and enjoy being around children. I like to create fun and educational experiences and offer secure environments in which children would flourish.
My Experience
I have worked full-time at a private children's nursery during my university summer breaks for the past four years, and it is a role I have always looked forward to returning to. Now that I have graduated and plan to remain in Aberdeen, I would love to continue my rewarding career in childcare as a nanny.
Throughout my experience, I have cared for children ranging from 5 months to 6 years old, giving me a strong understanding of the different developmental stages and individual needs of young children. This role has allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set, including effective communication, supporting early learning and development, safeguarding, and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through play, creativity, and positive relationships. I take pride in being a caring, reliable, and approachable person who can provide both children and parents with support, trust, and peace of mind.

My Availability
