Hi, I’m Zara! I’m a 27-year-old professional live-in nanny based in Greenhill, Sheffield, and I’m currently available for part-time childcare alongside my existing nanny role.
Over the past few years I’ve had the privilege of caring for one little boy from 9 months old through to 2½ years, supporting every stage of his development—from weaning, sleep routines and sensory play to potty training, nursery transitions and encouraging independence. Watching children grow in confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
Alongside my nanny experience, I have previous babysitting experience, including supporting children with additional needs. I’m fully DBS checked, hold a full Paediatric First Aid certificate, and I’m a qualified baby massage instructor, allowing me to support families with younger babies too.
I’m warm, patient and caring, while also understanding the importance of consistency, routines and gentle boundaries. I love creating fun, engaging days away from screens, whether that’s exploring outdoors, messy play, crafts, baking, reading stories or age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
I believe every family is different, so I always work closely with parents to follow your routines, values and parenting style, ensuring your child feels safe, happy and supported.
As B2 begins spending more time at nursery, I’m looking to build relationships with local families across Sheffield who need regular part-time childcare, ad hoc babysitting or extra support during the week.

Qualified in Paediatric First Aid and a certified Baby Massage Instructor. Enhanced DBS checked and committed to regular professional development. I also attended a GDST (Newcastle high school for girls) school, where I completed my IGCSEs.
My Availability
I currently work as a live-in nanny, caring for my nanny family on Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights, as well as some daytime hours during the week. As my nanny child begins spending more time at nursery, I have increasing availability for regular part-time childcare, school runs, babysitting and ad hoc support. My current family book any additional hours well in advance, so I have flexibility to work around the needs of other families.
