About Me
I specialise in teaching children in KS1 and lower KS2. I am a keen baker, enjoy reading, going on long walks, visiting new places and spending time with family. Aside from enjoying the company of children, I also love dogs and other small animals, having owned quite a few over my lifetime!
My Experience
I have taught in international schools in the Philippines, including the British School in Manila, before moving England. Since moving here I have taught classes from Reception to Year 3 at an independent nursery school as well as taking on the role as headmistress for 13 years. I am currently working part time at a learning centre, 15 hours a week, supporting children who are home schooling.
My Qualifications
BA Hons Open Degree, QTS, UK
Diploma in Teaching, Primary Pre-School Education, Australia
My Availability
I work term time only, but happy to support children during holidays if parents make arrangements in advance. I can work all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays or after 4:00pm on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and can do some Saturdays as well.
