About Me

I’m Rhiannon, I am twenty one years old and am currently training to be a Teaching Assistant. I am volunteering at a local Primary School and am looking for a regular babysitting role as well.

I have loads of experience babysitting and as well as this, my Mum is a full time child minder so I’ve grown up my whole life around children and have previously helped out as her assistant. I live in Highbury and have a part time job, however I am available most afternoons/evenings. I love singing, reading and making art. I am fully DBS checked, first aid trained and can provide references. Thankyou!

My Experience

I have worked in various schools in Islington as a Teaching Assistant, including taking the Children to local parks and Forest schools, organising and participating in creative activities, supervising reading classes, helping out in the classroom etc.

I have babysat regularly since I was eighteen years old. Aswell as this my Mum used to be a full time childminder and I often helped out as her assistant!

My Qualifications

I am currently taking the Level 2 Teaching Assistant Course at City and Islington College and am planning go on to do my Level 3.

I attended Parliament Hill School where I got my GCSE’s in Maths, English, Science, History, Citizenship, Media and Art. I then attended La Swap Sixth form and got my A levels in Sociology, Media and Art.

My Availability

I am available all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings, all day Saturday and all day Sunday.

I am ideally looking for a long term 15 - 20 hours a week role however I can be flexible on this.

Unfortunately I am not available Thursdays and Fridays due to my Student placement.
