My Experience
Over the years, I’ve had the joy of caring for children from newborns to age 8, both in nurseries and private homes. I’m confident with everything from bottles and bedtime stories to sensory play, school pickups, and emotional reassurance. I’m especially passionate about helping children build confidence, express themselves freely, and enjoy their unique journey through play and connection.
In my free time, I volunteer at NHS Poole Children’s Ward, where I’ve learned so much about play, empathy, and supporting children in more sensitive situations.
My Qualifications
I’ve recently completed my BA in Early Childhood Studies and am currently studying for my Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education. Alongside this, I’ve completed a wide range of training including Level 3 Safeguarding Children, 12-Hour Paediatric First Aid, Epilepsy Awareness, a Diploma in Mental Health, Food Allergy Awareness, and Basic Life Support. These have not only shaped how I care for children but have deepened my understanding of how to support their emotional, physical, and developmental well-being.
