About Me

Hi, I’m Favour , a calm, warm hearted childcare professional with a real love for working with little ones. For me, caring for children isn’t just something I do it’s something I truly feel called to. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and cherished, and that’s exactly what I aim to offer in every home I support.

If you’re looking for someone who will treat your child with the same care and attentiveness you do, I’d love to chat. I’m happy to offer babysitting, part-time support, or temporary help as needed.

My Experience

Over the years, I’ve had the joy of caring for children from newborns to age 8, both in nurseries and private homes. I’m confident with everything from bottles and bedtime stories to sensory play, school pickups, and emotional reassurance. I’m especially passionate about helping children build confidence, express themselves freely, and enjoy their unique journey through play and connection.

In my free time, I volunteer at NHS Poole Children’s Ward, where I’ve learned so much about play, empathy, and supporting children in more sensitive situations.

My Qualifications

I’ve recently completed my BA in Early Childhood Studies and am currently studying for my Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education. Alongside this, I’ve completed a wide range of training including Level 3 Safeguarding Children, 12-Hour Paediatric First Aid, Epilepsy Awareness, a Diploma in Mental Health, Food Allergy Awareness, and Basic Life Support. These have not only shaped how I care for children but have deepened my understanding of how to support their emotional, physical, and developmental well-being.

Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
Childminding from £13.00 per hour
