Arranged for Nela to childmind but no show

Nela messaged me to say she could offer childminding. We happened to need babysitting four for our wedding eve, agreed dates and it was all set. Month before we thought better check in that all was ok however Nela ignored our messages ( on watsapp so saw she had seen) and still no response to this day. needless to say unreliable and best to avoid especially if for a special occasion.
