My Experience
I have several years of experience working with children and supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. I began my childcare career as an Apprentice Nursery Nurse, where I cared for children aged 3 months to 4 years. During this role, I planned and supported activities that encouraged children’s learning, speech, motor skills, and development, while ensuring they were safe, happy, and well cared for.
More recently, I worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant, providing one-to-one support to children in a school environment. This involved helping children with their learning and development, supporting them through play and activities, helping them manage their emotions, and accompanying them on activities such as swimming lessons, trips to the park, walks, and community outings. I also have experience supporting children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
I am currently doing my Level 3 teaching and learning university course.
My Qualifications
I am currently doing my Level 3 Teaching and Learning University course while working at a local primary school part time.
I have over 6 years of experience, childcare and teaching.
My Availability
I work part time at a school in the mornings so I am available any time after 12pm. If you’re struggling for childcare I’m always free to help you out.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
I’m open to suggestions of rates of pay.
