My Experience

I am a fully qualified Primary Teacher (BEd Hons English and Special Education) with 12 years experience in the UK and the Middle East, and am a certified Celta teacher (Distinction) as well as Mum of 2 who have just flown the nest for University.
I worked in a local pre school as a Key worker and as a Sunday school teacher in a local church. I also homeschooled for a Year 3 and Year 4 student for a year all subjects and have also tutored Year 2, 3 and 4 in English and Maths for a local family for 5 years. I have also provided English second language lessons for both beginner adults and children. Extra responsibilities have included Childcare before and after school, taking children to school and collecting them at end of day and also later in the evening from after school activities, taking them to and collecting from tennis lessons after school. Childcare in the holidays has included responsibilities of trips out to the beach, local landmarks, local history and art lessons as well as playing in parks, flying kites, baking at home, games and learning activities. Childcare with education activities planned with a primary school understanding. Please consider me for your family. I love working with children and building great relationships with them.
