Shamsa has been an absolute blessing to our family. She provides a warm, caring, and nurturing environment where children truly thrive. Olivia looks forward to every visit and always comes home happy and full of stories.

Her flexibility and understanding of each family’s needs are exceptional. She goes out of her way to support parents in different situations, and that level of care makes such a difference. Her own children are also wonderful, kind, respectful, and great role models for the little ones.

We couldn’t ask for a better childminder. Shamsa is professional, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to the children in her care. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her.
