My Experience
I have over six years of experience working in childcare, supporting children from as young as six months old through to 11 years of age. Throughout my experience, I have worked with children across a wide range of ages, abilities and developmental stages, giving me a strong understanding of their individual needs and how to provide appropriate care and support.
I also have experience working with children with additional learning needs, ranging from six months to 11 years old. This has allowed me to develop a patient, understanding and adaptable approach, as I recognise that every child is different and may require different types of support. I am confident in creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to develop their confidence and independence.
My childcare experience has helped me develop strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families. I am passionate about providing children with the care, attention and encouragement they need to thrive.

Over the moon with the services Bayleigh offers, my little girl is beyond happy spending time with her, I always come home to a happy smiley little girl until Bayleigh has to leave! I highly recommend Bayleigh as she goes above and beyond her duties as not just looking after my daughter but also did some cleaning in my house as well, thank you so much 💙
