My name is Malgosia and I am from Poland. My experience includes caring for both several month babies and school aged children with a focus on an individualized approach to each child's needs. I have specialized experience working with children with disabilities ( mostly with autism), which has allowed me to develop exceptional empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt to diverse requirements. I am trained in supporting the development of children with various needs, providing them with a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. I am creative, energetic person, full of ideas for engaging games and educational activities. I don't speak English perfectly but I am still improving. ( I did last year nat 5 - English for English Course for Speakers of Other Languages- B2 ).
