My Experience

I have almost 2 years experience working as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant.

I’ve supported children with various needs, including Down syndrome, ADHD, Autism, Speech & language difficulties and more.
I’ve worked with students across a wide age range, from little ones in nurseries to children in reception through to Year 6 in primary schools.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in both public and private nurseries, as well as primary and secondary schools across London.
This experience has equipped me with the skills to adapt to different environments and meet the unique needs of each child I work with.

I’m currently working at Rhodes Avenue Primary School as a 1-1 SEN Teaching assistant.

My Qualifications

I hold a CPD certification in Safeguarding and Prevent, ensuring I am well-versed in child protection and safeguarding practices. Every year I complete the Annual Update Child Protection course, which I obtain a certificate for also. Additionally, I have an up-to-date DBS check, which is registered on the Update Service for ongoing monitoring. I also obtain a first aid training certificate.

These qualifications, combined with my hands-on experience, allow me to provide a safe and supportive environment for the children I care for.

My Availability

I’m available from 4pm onwards Monday to Friday. I can be available some weekends and half terms if told in advance.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
