Truly exceptional care

We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Mahnoor. It’s very difficult to put into words just how much we appreciate everything she does for our son, but we honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better to care for him.

When we first started looking for childcare, one of our biggest worries was leaving our little boy with someone else. But with Mahnoor, that worry disappeared very quickly. She has created such a warm, loving and nurturing environment that he genuinely feels like he is at home with her. And as a parent, that feeling is priceless.

He is so happy when he is with her, and he has built such a beautiful bond with her. She makes him feel safe, listened to and loved, and she treats him with so much patience and kindness. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about him. She knows his little personality, his likes and dislikes, notices when he is not quite himself and always seems to know exactly what he needs.

We love hearing about everything he gets up to during the day. Mahnoor puts so much effort into making sure the children have interesting, varied and enjoyable experiences. She takes them on different outings, gets them outside, gives them opportunities to explore and encourages them to experience new things. He comes home happy and excited to tell us about his day.

Mahnoor also takes such great care with his food and provides a really good variety of healthy, nutritious, homemade meals and snacks. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that he is eating well during the day and being encouraged to try different foods. She goes above and beyond to make sure he is eating well.

Mahnoor is fantastic at supporting his development too. She doesn’t just focus on keeping the children entertained — she thinks about what they are learning and how she can help them develop. Through play and different activities, she works on their physical development and fine motor skills, while making everything fun and age appropriate.

We’ve particularly noticed how much more confident and independent our son has become. She encourages him to do things for himself, make choices, have a go and keep trying when something is difficult. She gives him the support he needs without taking away his opportunity to learn for himself. Seeing how much he has grown in confidence has been amazing.

Something we really value is how attentive she is to his health and wellbeing. She picks up on the little things that we might not even notice straight away. If he seems different, isn’t himself or she has any concerns about his health, she notices and lets us know. That level of care and attention makes us feel incredibly reassured that he is in safe hands.

But I think the biggest compliment we can give Mahnoor is simply this: our son feels at home with her. He is happy, settled, comfortable and completely himself. He has someone outside of his immediate family who he trusts and feels safe with, and that means everything to us.

Mahnoor has become such an important part of his life and has helped him grow in so many ways — not just with his development and independence, but with his confidence, happiness and emotional wellbeing too.

As parents, we could never ask for more than knowing our child is genuinely happy and loved when he is away from us. We leave him with Mahnoor knowing that he is being cared for with the same warmth, patience and affection that we would give him ourselves.

We are so grateful for everything she does, every day. She really does go above and beyond, and we honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We feel very lucky that she is part of our son’s life.

A loving and committed childminder

We’ve had such a lovely experience with our childminder. Sending your one-year-old to someone new is incredibly daunting, and I was so nervous when my daughter started. She settled much quicker than I ever expected, thanks to the genuine love, patience and reassurance she was shown every day.

The helpers deserve a special mention too - they are just as caring and attentive, and it’s clear the children are looked after with warmth and kindness.

If I could suggest an area for improvement, it would be offering more healthy homemade meals I appreciate this can be challenging, but it would give parents even greater peace of mind.

Overall, I’m very grateful for how loved and secure my daughter has felt, and I’d happily recommend this setting.

Thank you for your review. I have to say, I am quite surprised by your comments regarding the food, particularly as we worked hard to ensure Dua was eating well with us, especially as she wasn’t taking to many foods when she first started.

The children are provided with healthy, homemade meals every day, including rice, pasta, lentils and meats to name a few. We also prepared specific homemade meals for Dua to ensure she was well fed, including our oat and banana pancakes — which you even asked us for the recipe for!

It would have been helpful if any concerns or criticisms regarding the meals had been raised with us while Dua was with us, so we could have discussed them and worked together to provide the best possible care for her.

Wonderful Childcare Nariah loved it there

I honestly cannot recommend Mahnoor and her team highly enough. From the moment Nariah started attending, she was made to feel like part of the family, and that really meant a lot to me as a parent.

Nariah has grown so much during her time with Mahnoor and her team, both in confidence and development. She would come home telling me about her day, talking about the people she had spent time with, knowing everyone’s names and even the name of their cat! Those little things showed me just how comfortable, settled and connected she had become.

Mahnoor and her team have also been incredibly supportive with Nariah’s individual needs. Nariah has allergies and eczema, and they were always very understanding and careful with her skincare routine, including applying her creams when needed and keeping me updated. I always felt that they genuinely cared about her wellbeing.

When Nariah first started, she was quite limited with the foods she was eating. Mahnoor and her team were patient and encouraging, introducing her to different foods and helping her become much more confident with eating. I have noticed a real difference in how much more she eats and the variety of foods she is now comfortable trying, and she has grown so much during her time there.

Most importantly, Nariah has been happy, loved and well cared for. I have had complete peace of mind knowing she was with Mahnoor and her team, and I am so grateful for the care, patience and kindness they have shown her. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent looking for a warm, nurturing and trustworthy childcare setting.

Ms Rachel Who?

My daughter will not stop raving about Mahnoor. She is incredibly excited to go in the mornings and is obsessed with her. Mahnoor not only makes it a very fun and loving environment for the children, but very educational and nurturing. With outings and interactive days. Even the gloomiest day is made fun. My daughter has throughly enjoyed her time there and has really thrived under Mahnoor’s care.

An absolute gem!

Mahnoor has been a fantastic childminder for my little one. From day one, her bubbly and friendly nature made my daughter feel right at home. It's clear that Mahnoor genuinely cares about my daughter as she creates a safe and welcoming environment where she can thrive.​

Mahnoor has a knack for making my daughter feel comfortable and valued, which has done wonders for her confidence!

The activities Mahnoor plans are always engaging and really take into account each child's interests. Whether it's arts and crafts, storytelling, or outdoor adventures, my daughter always has something exciting to look forward to.

Mahnoor also regularly keeps me updated on my daughter's progress, sharing the little milestones and achievements that mean so much to me.

My daughter always recalls the activities and days she's had with enthusiasm and always looks forward to the next. The affection she speaks about Mahnoor with shows the positive impact she's had on my daughter.

One in a million!

Our daughter has joined Mahnoor’s setting and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better childminder. Mahnoor has been absolutely incredible with my daughter, creating a warm and safe environment making her feel at home.

It is has been a joy to see my daughters grow to in confidence and happiness in such a short period of time. The days were always filled with creative activities, outdoor play, adventurous trips and learning opportunities all meticulously chosen by Mahnoor to help my child grow.

I am also very impressed with the standard of food given that I always try and replicate but my daughter always raves on about the meals Mahnoor prepares. 😂

What really stood out was the genuine care and attention Mahnoor gives to each child. She took the time to get to know my daughter interests, and always communicated openly with me as a parent, which gives me complete peace of mind.

I’m utterly grateful for the love, patience, and kindness she’s shown. My daughter absolutely adores her time there and talks about it all the time with a big smile and is excited to go back everyday. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for the very best childcare.

Amazing childminder

Mahnoor is an amazing childminder. She is very loving and caring. She is disciplined with the children and my child has learnt a lot from being with her. She takes them to parks and libraries lots of times a week. Mahnoor is a very lovely and friendly person to talk to. My English is not the best but Mahnoor has been very accommodating to me and my child and we are very thankful to her. She has made sure my child has all the skills needed to start school soon. It will be sad to leave Mahnoor when my child starts school in September as he has become very attached. Mahnoor is really an amazing childminder, you will not be disappointed.

A home away from home

Mahnoor is absolutely fantastic. I’m so glad I found her. Where do I start. My son has been with Mahnoor for some time now and he absolutely adores her. Mahnoor cares for him and the other children with the most love and care I could ever ask for. My son never comes home hungry and that’s one thing I can vouch for. He is always fed and happy. Mahnoor provides multiple meals throughout the day, milk, water and lots of snacks- the most a parent could ask for.
My son has grown a lot since being with Mahnoor. He has learnt exceptional manners and his physical skills have come a long way. She, along with her staff, take the children out on so many trips, seeing the photos makes me so jealous!! They visit multiple parks and playgrounds, museums, nature gardens, play centres and even to China Town for Chinese new year which I was very impressed by. Mahnoor has not only been a fantastic support to my child but also to me being flexible with my needs and also being a shoulder to cry on in difficult times in my life. She is always willing to make my day easier, sometimes keeping my child longer if I’m caught up at work or home.
My son cannot wait to go to Mahnoor’s in the mornings and it’s hard to get them to leave! She sends me updates throughout the day along with photos of my son having the best time.
The level of care Mahnoor and her staff provide is exceptional and I am so grateful for her.
I would 100% recommend Mahnoor to anyone looking for childcare because I can guarantee you will never find better.

Couldn’t have asked for better.

My daughter was with Mahnoor and her team from a young age and they absolutely loved being looked after by them. From the moment we met her, Mahnoor put us at ease with her kind, trustworthy, professional manner.
The children were always happy and excited to be spending the day with them and loved seeing all their friends there. Mahnoor and her team provided a very caring, supportive and fun home-from-home environment in which our children thrived. Their communication has always been excellent, with both children and parents. The children experienced a wide variety of activities during the day including plenty of time outside, educational trips and the food they provide was always very healthy and varied.
If we didn't move away, we would definitely be continuing with Mahnoor and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for top quality, reliable, caring childminding.
