About Me

Hi! My name is Cynthia. I am Harvard graduate with a background in both mathematics and the arts. I bring creativity, structure, and a calm presence to every childcare setting. My Experience

I worked as a teaching assistant for college students in Ordinary and Partial Differential Equations and Linear Algebra, which helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain concepts in a clear and engaging way. While the students were older, the experience taught me how to support learning, adapt to different personalities, and create a calm, encouraging environment—skills I bring to working with kids, whether it's helping with homework or simply keeping them entertained and happy.

Teaching was an incredibly awarding experience, so I would prefer babysitting environments where children are seeking knowledge. I love encouraging kids to explore new ideas and gain confidence in their abilities, especially in subjects like math.
