My Experience

I bring a wealth of hands-on experience from both home and professional settings. I’ve worked as a Deputy Manager in a private nursery, a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), a SENDCo supporting children with additional needs, and an After School Club Leader. These roles have given me a deep understanding of child development, learning through play, and how to support children’s emotional and social wellbeing. I’m confident caring for children of all ages and abilities, and I always adapt to meet each child’s individual needs. My calm, nurturing approach helps little ones feel safe, supported, and encouraged to flourish.

My Qualifications

I’m a Level 4 qualified childcare practitioner with over 15 years of experience in primary schools, particularly with Early Years and Key Stage 1 children. I’ve also led an after-school Tea Time Club and am currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Primary Education. I hold up-to-date Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding certificates and have supported children of all ages, including those with additional needs. I’m creative, reliable, and love engaging little ones through play, stories, and learning.

My Availability

Having recently completed full-time nanny contracts with infant and toddler sole-charge care, I am now seeking a new permanent position offering 40 hours over 4–5 days per week.
