About Me

Hi! My name is Shadae, and I am a caring, compassionate, and patient childcare provider dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. I have a genuine love for helping kids grow and thrive, I currently work in a primary school full time, so I have experience of working with children aged 3-11. I also offer support with homework and school tasks, including tutoring when needed. Whether it's playtime, learning time, or simply offering a comforting presence, I'm here to support your child's development every step of the way.

My Experience

I have hands-on experience caring for children, including regularly babysitting my nieces and nephews, ages 4 and 7. In addition to personal childcare, I also teach full classes every day, which has helped me develop strong skills in managing groups of children, maintaining routines, and supporting learning through patience and structure. My background allows me to confidently care for and engage with children in both home and educational settings.

My Qualifications

I am a qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 3). I have over 4 years experience working with and teaching primary school aged children with various needs.
