My Experience

I have over 14 years of experience working in a daycare setting, where I cared for and supported children aged 1 to 14. My role included planning age-appropriate activities, supporting emotional and social development, maintaining a safe and structured environment, and working closely with both children and their families.

This experience taught me how to manage different age groups with patience and understanding, handle challenging situations calmly, and create positive, nurturing spaces where children feel confident and cared for.

In addition to childcare, I’ve developed strong organisational and communication skills that now support me in my part-time, mostly remote role. I’m comfortable working independently or as part of a team and always bring a calm, thoughtful approach to any task.

My Qualifications

I hold a degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability, which has equipped me with strong research, project planning, and critical thinking skills. Alongside my academic background, I work as a medical secretary supporting multiple consultants in a fast-paced private healthcare setting, where I’ve developed excellent organisational and communication abilities. I’ve also worked as a personal assistant to a private family, managing travel, diaries, and day-to-day admin. In addition, I have 14 years of experience working in a daycare, caring for children aged 1 to 14, which has given me a solid foundation in nurturing, problem-solving, and multitasking.
