loves kids, is reliable and is an amazing person

Neelam has done an amazing job in taking care of my two children. My daughter and my son both loved her presence and the play sessions. Although my son can get difficult at times, since he is not speaking and results in meltdowns, Neelam took control and was able to support his needs whenever required. Besides her working ethics, Neelam was very punctual, quick at responding and reliable whenever needed.
