My Requirements
I am looking for childcare 3 days a week (Mon-Weds) for my son Sam starting when I go back to work in October of this year, by which time Sam will be 1.

Shannon has been the nanny to my 14 month old since I went back to work in September and she's been absolutely wonderful.
Shannon is always incredibly engaged with my son, as soon as she seems him she gets on the floor to his level. He absolutely loves playing games with her. She always makes sure he gets outside time as much as is physically possible with the weather and I'm so excited to see what lovely activities they get up to in the summer!
Shannon has the perfect level of communication also, always letting me know what they're up to and when they're popping out, but not constant updates to let me focus on work.
I can tell she really cares about my son and I feel so comfortable being back at work knowing he's having a wonderful time doing wonderful things with someone so caring and competent.
Shannon has also been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond in helping me trying to improve my son's night time sleep - which has been a big success!
