My Experience
I have over 10 years childcare experience, providing the highest standards of care for new borns-14 years. I have gained extensive experience from working in nurseries, after school clubs, baby and preschool swim teaching, travel nannying, night nannying, proxy parenting, mothers help and live- in and out nannying roles.
I am also a fully qualified baby sleep consultant. I have 5 years night nannying experience with families who have required all different types of night time care and support. I have a great deal of knowledge on sleep schedules and plenty of tips and tricks to help little ones (and parents!) get the best chance of a good nights sleep.

Shannon is truly all we could have hoped for and more. She is kind, playful, positive, reliable, active and a great communicator. Not to mention experienced, knowing what children need and how to engage with them in a positive and safe way.
We find ourselves beyond fortunate to have Shannon in our family's lives. We couldnt say enough about Shannon. She's the best!

Shannon has been the nanny to my 14 month old since I went back to work in September and she's been absolutely wonderful.
Shannon is always incredibly engaged with my son, as soon as she seems him she gets on the floor to his level. He absolutely loves playing games with her. She always makes sure he gets outside time as much as is physically possible with the weather and I'm so excited to see what lovely activities they get up to in the summer!
Shannon has the perfect level of communication also, always letting me know what they're up to and when they're popping out, but not constant updates to let me focus on work.
I can tell she really cares about my son and I feel so comfortable being back at work knowing he's having a wonderful time doing wonderful things with someone so caring and competent.
Shannon has also been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond in helping me trying to improve my son's night time sleep - which has been a big success!

Shannon is the best-- she is incredibly communicative, professional, and most important, attentive and kind to the children in her care. Our son loved playing with her, and amazingly she matched his non-stop energy. Shannon is easy to work with, highly competent, responsible, and adaptable. Cannot recommend her enough!
