Hello! I’m 24, live in Amberley and am warm, friendly, and naturally easy-going. I've always loved spending time with children, whether it’s getting creative with arts and crafts, heading out for an adventure, or winding down with a bedtime story. I’m currently balancing freelance marketing work and a part-time management role at a charity, so looking for some ad-hoc childcare opportunities to fit alongside that. I would bring reliability, patience, a calm presence and playful, bubbly energy. Always happy to help where I can! I love hiking, painting, wood carving, running, sports, cooking, exploring new places, travelling, doing yoga, and spending time with my family and friends.
My Experience
I’ve gained experience with children in a variety of settings, from local families to primary schools across the UK. One of the most meaningful experiences for me was spending time in Costa Rica, where I worked with an Indigenous community, teaching English and running hand hygiene workshops for children. I find exciting, engaging and active ways of teaching and unblocking learning. The joy is in the process not the outcome and I love to experience the spark egnite when they understand something they have been struggling with.
