As an ICU-trained nurse, I bring exceptional awareness of safety and wellbeing, with the ability to remain calm, observant and decisive in unexpected situations.
I specialise in working with UHNW families, where discretion, professionalism and adaptability is essential. I am experienced in supporting busy households while seamlessly following each family’s routines and preferences.
My Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing, first class honours
- Intensive Care Level 7
- Paediatric Fist Aid Certificate (St John’s Ambulance)
- Immediate Life Support Course
- Safe Guarding Children, Level 1, 2 & 3
My Availability
I’m currently available for Ad Hoc babysitting, evening support or weekend Childcare.
I will be available for a full time position from January 2027.
My Fees
- Nannying from £25.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £25.00 per hour

We cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. Our daughter (18 months) and son (3 years) have been looked after by Charlotte a few times, mainly for last minute babysitting. She has been absolutely wonderful and has quickly become someone we trust completely and who are children adore. She is warm, caring, patient and incredibly attentive, with a natural ability to connect with both children despite their different ages and needs. She is fantastic at keeping them entertained, engaged and happy, while also maintaining a calm and consistent routine. Out children are always so excited to see her, which says everything about the bond she has built with them.
She is responsible, dependable and proactive. We have always felt completely confident leaving the children in her care, knowing that they are safe, well looked after and having a lovely time. She has also been brilliant at organising activities, getting them outside, playing with them and encouraging their development in a fun and age-appropriate way. She is thoughtful, trustworthy and goes above and beyond without ever needing to be asked.
Most importantly, she genuinely cares about our children, and it shows in everything she does. Finding someone who is both exceptional at their job and such a lovely person is incredibly rare. We feel very lucky to have had her looking after our children and would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a fantastic nanny.
