My Requirements
Looking for help for our children, including drop off at school, pick up, organising play dates, and fun time around the house. Driving is a must, as we do spend time at our Country house and houses in other countries.

We cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. Our daughter (18 months) and son (3 years) have been looked after by Charlotte a few times, mainly for last minute babysitting. She has been absolutely wonderful and has quickly become someone we trust completely and who are children adore. She is warm, caring, patient and incredibly attentive, with a natural ability to connect with both children despite their different ages and needs. She is fantastic at keeping them entertained, engaged and happy, while also maintaining a calm and consistent routine. Out children are always so excited to see her, which says everything about the bond she has built with them.
She is responsible, dependable and proactive. We have always felt completely confident leaving the children in her care, knowing that they are safe, well looked after and having a lovely time. She has also been brilliant at organising activities, getting them outside, playing with them and encouraging their development in a fun and age-appropriate way. She is thoughtful, trustworthy and goes above and beyond without ever needing to be asked.
Most importantly, she genuinely cares about our children, and it shows in everything she does. Finding someone who is both exceptional at their job and such a lovely person is incredibly rare. We feel very lucky to have had her looking after our children and would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a fantastic nanny.
