My Experience
I have over four years of childcare experience, including working as a nanny for children aged 1–10, teaching in Thailand as both a kindergarten teacher and an English tutor for older learners, and supporting children as a Teaching Assistant in the UK. These roles have given me a wide range of skills, from planning fun, age-appropriate activities to assisting with homework and supporting children’s early language development. My Qualifications
I have a strong background in both childcare and education. I hold 10 GCSEs, including Distinction and Distinction** in Child Development, as well as 4 A Levels, including an Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care. I also completed a TEFL qualification and have taught English in Thailand since April 2024, working with young children in kindergarten as well as older learners. In addition, I achieved an upper second-class honours degree in Law with Criminology, where I further developed excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills. While at university, I was trained in mental health crisis management, basic first aid, and fire safety as part of my role as a Student Senior Resident, and I also gained valuable leadership and advocacy experience. I have also completed the Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh expedition, which strengthened my teamwork and resilience. Together, these qualifications give me a well-rounded foundation to provide safe, engaging, and nurturing care as a nanny.
