Hello my name is Rachel and I provide personalised tutor sessions, taking time to form a warm relationship with your child so that they feel safe, valued,successful and happy to see me!
I believe passionately in keeping the early years of education hands on, active, multi sensory and fun.
My Experience
I have 25 years experience as a primary school teacher in both mainstream classes and specialist hubs of inclusive practice with SEND and neurodiverse young children.
My success in the classroom means I have an in depth insight into how children learn best emotionally, socially and academically. I am skilled in breaking down concepts and explaining them in a way that is easy to understand to meet diverse needs.

My Availability
I offer tutoring sessions at my home or I can travel to you.
I offer the usual after school sessions but also daytime sessions as part of alternative provision and throughout the Summer break to keep the learning momentum going!
